The Pastor of Worship and Discipleship assists the Senior Pastor in leading the church to accomplish the mission and vision of First Baptist Bonham as it relates to worship and discipleship.  His primary goal is to make and mature growing and obedient disciples of Jesus Christ.  

He is responsible for developing, implementing and instructing all aspects of music ministry at First Baptist Bonham. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing discipleship ministry and equipping lay leaders for all ages of First Baptist Bonham's discipleship ministry.

The position is full time.

Ida Baptist Church near Sherman, Texas is looking for their next pastor. This is a part-time position.

About our Church: We are in a rural farming community in Grayson County, located about 6 miles east of Sherman.  Ida is also a short 15 minute drive to Tom Bean, Whitewright and Bells.  Ida Baptist Church began about 125 years ago where it is currently located. The attendance averages around 40 each Sunday morning.  At the present time we have an interim pastor who preaches the Word on Sunday and Wednesday.

It is Our Church's mission and vision to worship and serve God.  It is our goal to glorify God by living the Gospel in speech and action
