Pastor of Worship and Discipleship

The Pastor of Worship and Discipleship assists the Senior Pastor in leading the church to accomplish the mission and vision of First Baptist Bonham as it relates to worship and discipleship.  His primary goal is to make and mature growing and obedient disciples of Jesus Christ.  

He is responsible for developing, implementing and instructing all aspects of music ministry at First Baptist Bonham. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing discipleship ministry and equipping lay leaders for all ages of First Baptist Bonham's discipleship ministry.

The position is full time.
